Des notre arrivee, PL parait tres agreable, beaucoup plus paisible et charmant que notre etape precedante! Nous trouvons un hotel super classe avec vue sur la mer dans un premier temps, mais a cause d'un quiproquo sur le prix de la chambre (ce n'est pas 10$ pour 2 mais bien 10$ par personne) nous serons pries de trouver un autre hotel, c'est chose faite dans le plus relax des hotels de la ville, le Sol Inn, ou les gerants passent leur journee a jouer au billard et se relaxer dans un hamac... Allons se baigner, puis diner dans la rue, et une petite biere dans notre salon pour finir... en effet cette ville est charmante!!!
On se leve de tres bonne heure en ce vendredi 19 fevrier pour aller... Surfer!!! et oui nous louons une planche de surf dans une boutique tenu par une jeune irlandaise et c'est parti pour devenir les rois de la vague, enfin presque... En effet, apres 1h30 de tentatives, nous n'avons evidemment pas reussi a nous lever sur la planche, je pense que la mer ne nous voulait pas ce matin mais, le principal est qu'on s'est bien marre et qu'on a vraiment la soif d'apprende ce sport! A noter les erreus de debutants du petit Pierre Gourbil qui s'est pris la planche en pleine poire et a manque de se casser le nez...
On deguste un tres bon poisson dans un bon resto puis reprenons le bus direction Montañita...
Puerto Lopez: un tres bon souvenir!

We are now in Puerto Lopez, small fishing port with wild beaches, and where the "city center" looks like a village from the far west, only cars are added!
We love the city very quickly cause it looks more pleasant, nicer, calmer and much more charming that the previous one. We establishe ourselves in a fancy hostel at first but, because of a lack of understanding with the owner about the room's price (its not 10$ for both but 10$ each one) we are kindly fired and have to find another hostel, which we will of course! the most relax hostel of the town, the Sol Inn, where the owners spend their time between pool and hammock! We go to swim, have a nice diner and a beer in the sol inn' living room... well, now we are sure, we love this city!
We wake up very early on 19th friday february as we plan to... surf!!! wouhou we rent a board in a shop lead by a young irish girl and let's become the kings of the waves... or maybe not today! in fact, after 1h30 of training, we obviously didnt stand up on the board but we had a lot of fun and the wish to take surf courses later!
I wont forget to notice the beginner's mistake of Pierrot who get the board in his face and was very close to break his nose... alala!
Then we eat a very good fish in a nice restaurant and take the bus again to Montañita!
Puerto Lopez will stay a very good memory!
